I hate our President and I am really disapointed in 51% of america.
"A report in Sunday's New York Times says the Bush administration may have tried to influence Iraq's January elections by covertly supporting certain political parties.
The report cites an article written by investigative journalist Seymour Hersh that will appear in the coming issue of The New Yorker magazine. Mr. Hersh asserts the administration proceeded with the plan despite Congressional objections.
A National Security Council spokesman told the New York Times that, in the end, the president decided not to help individual candidates for Iraqi office. As the newspaper noted, the response did not make clear whether certain parties were helped.
The spokesman added that White House officials were concerned about what they saw as extensive Iranian support for pro-Shiite parties.
President Bush has repeatedly called for free and fair elections in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries."

So Sandra Day O'Connor resigned. We are fucked.

American's are now saying they feel the war in Iraq makes us LESS safe.
Pretty much, all of my worst fears are not only justified, but coming true, and slightly worse.
The second the replacement for O'Connor is found, someone will make a lawsuit on some facet of abortion rights, it will go to supreme court, and suddenly the suit will find that the unlimited right to abortion is unconstitutional. Then more suits will come, and once again we will be using coat hangers to choose our families futures.
The will come suit on our news medias freedoms. Fox will take over.
Ect, ect, ect. America is closer each day to becoming a fascist nation.

I bring the teas

Me: "Ok. I will be back in a few minutes to check on you."
Customer: "Its just that we are new here and have never seen the menu."
Me: "...Ok."
I start to walk off
Customer: "And we just need a few more minutes."

OH. Heres my favorite.
So, when you order a sandwich called a french dip you get this stuff called auju. Its the fat and grease and blood mixture from the beef cooked. Its REALLY effin good. So this bitch orders a fucking philly cheese steak. Does that get any dipping sauce? No. Of course not.
When she asks for auju and I say "Oh sorry mam. We only have that with the french dip" she looks at me like i am the stupidest bitch in the world.
Then leaves me a 13 cent tip.

Kelz Weddings, Realizations, And Skunks
Weddings
So a friend of mine got married today at the tender age of 20. It totally weirded me out to see someone, who I have known longer then any of my friends, is now married. MARRIED. Wow. It was a nice ceremony. She looked beautiful. And her husband cried during the ceremony. Might I mention he is a 6'2", muscle ridden, ex-football player. Moving. I teared up the second I saw her. There is something about a bride, man. It makes you cry. She seemed so happy (though distracted. It has come to my knowledge that the bride pretty much doesn't even enjoy her own wedding due to all the running around she has to do)
Her dad gave the most beautiful toast. It made me cry. Not just for its beauty but for how much it hurts that I will never get one. My mom cried because she knows I will never have one. Nor will I get the dance. Or the walk down the isle.
In other news they needed to fire the DJ and the cake cutting was so sweet. I am so happy for Beth. She is such a beautiful, sweet, wonderful, girl. She deserved the best and I think she found it.
Also, I really want a pretty dress :P And it was fun to explain to everyone how I met Daylin.
Realizations
I hate pseudo-intellectuals, AKA people who are intelligent, but are braggy and showy about it. I also hate the non-intellectuals who think they are intellectuals who are friends with the pseudo-intellectuals. And for some reason the psuedo-intellectuals are tricked by the non-intellectuals into thinking the non's really are intellectuals... If any of that makes sense.
I mean, quit making math jokes. It really ISN'T funny and its SUPER transparent that you are JUST doing it to prove how much you know about math.
Quit having to point out what your major and minor and double minors and WHAT EVER are every five fucking seconds. No one cares. Seriously.
Realization Number 2: I do value what those, who I can't stand now, have done for me in my past. I shouldn't let past good deeds make me feel guilt for wanting these people out of my life, though. Yeah, the girls did take care of me after my break up. They made sure I felt OK. But they also take every opportunity to make me feel like shit about myself and below them. I mean, its basic good-friend responsibility to make sure you take your friend out after they have been dumped. It isn't good-friend responsibility to constantly argue with me about "who has it worse" "who works harder" "how great your GPA is when mine is shit" "how my beliefs are ridiculous and everyone should abide by your belief system" (BTW I love how you discuss that, direct it at me, then act as if it wasn't directed at me, LIKE IM SOME SORT OF FUCKING IDIOT)
Now everyone reading keep in mind I am not angry, or bitter, just saying what I wanted to say but never could because of those involved reading what I wrote on the old blog. FUCK THAT :) I have freeeeeeeeedom. I am also over it.
Liz hasn't tried to contact me AT ALL this summer. Seems to me like someone wasn't SO serious about my friendship. Kate left me a comment on myspace about how she hasn't heard from me in a while (oh! You notice now that AJ isn't around to take up your ever so precious time) and kelly says she misses me.
I seriously love Erin and Jessica. They are the only two cool chicks I can say I semi-know at this time.
I am SERIOUSLY in love with Daylin. Its so great. I wanna get married but he wont let me. Apparently getting marreid just because I want to wear a pretty dress and be the center of attention isn't a good reason, or something ;) (kidding about the whole married thing. Not now. That would be insanity :P)
Skunks
So my dog got sprayed in the face by a skunk. The smell is awful. Upclose skunk smells NOTHING like far away, driving by, skunk smell. Its like bad italian food and skunk and indescribable smells. And it doesn't go away. And it sticks in your house. And to your dog.
Apparently tomato sauce doesn't do the trick, either.
Why tomato juice is believed to eliminate skunk odor. Bathing an animal in tomato juice seems to work because at high doses of skunk spray the human nose quits smelling the odor (olfactory fatigue). When this happens, the odor of tomato juice can easily be detected. A person suffering olfactory fatigue to skunk spray will swear that the skunk odor is gone and was neutralized by the tomato juice. Another person coming on the scene at this point will readily confirm that the skunk spray has not been neutralized by the tomato juice. Linkage
Kelz I Miss Them
I have been reminiscing about past friends and I really do miss many of them.
Jonathan: Though the way jonathan USED to be. Not who he is now. He used to be such an amazing guy. Now all he can breathe is how christian he is and it bores me... and annoys me. I am obviously the top person on his list of "People To Save From Eternal Damnation" If you arn't clued in on who Jonathan is... well... he was pretty much my best friend. He was gay. Now hes a gay bashing, bible-thumpin, good christian, boy. See how I can't stand him now? *sigh*
Christian: I've known this kid since 5th grade. He stopped calling. We drifted apart. I miss him so much. I pretty much spent 5th-9th grade madly in love with him. He of course changed too. He wanted to be popular, to be accepted, and he kinda brushed me off.
Anna: I screwed up and brushed her off because a rediculous ex-boyfrined wanted me to. I regret this so much. She is such a sweet and amazing girl. If you read this Anna, I miss you. I really do.
Amanda: I suppose it was meant to be. She wanted to stay in canyon lake, date loserish guys, not do anything with her life. I wanted to grow. But man she was awesome.
Cesar: I miss him. Plain and simple. It is so rediculous we didn't keep in touch.
Amy: Same.
Michael: SAME.
Gah. I feel like such a jerk for not trying hard to stick with these friends.
And finally, Kody-bug.
What happened happened. I am so glad her and I are speaking again.
But hey, I now have new friendships to look forward too. And I am finally getting over all the lame people I used to know and meeting amazing people.
